I am passionate about helping people find their own paths to self discovery and personal fulfillment. I believe that every person has unique strengths and capabilities that can be unlocked to create a more fulfilling life. Through my work, I strive to help my clients explore their issues, develop insight, and build resilience to create meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with 25 years of experience in the educational setting (Kindergarten through post secondary), 20 of those years as a counselor. I received my Bachelor in Interdisciplinary Studies from Concordia University in Austin and my Master of Educational Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. I take a holistic approach to therapy, looking at all aspects of a person’s life including their current and past experiences. I strive to provide a safe environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.
